Wishes

I know that most of my readers are not big on regrets, but this isn’t really about regrets. It’s just about what are simples wishes you have, that would make your life happier? Not like the lottery type wishes, but like, here are couple of mine:

• Do up the backyard, so that the bees come.
• Do up the spare room, so there is something interesting to look outside the window.
• Just draw reasonably well. Being a visual person, I get a lot of images in my head.
• Become affiliate on Twitch.
• Finish that novel.

Wishes that keep you going on the “bad” days.

What is your favorite outdoor activity?

I really love just being outdoors, just in general. Night or Day and if I’m in the woods that is even better…Probably sound just a tiny bit creepy, doesn’t it? I love being in the woods and just imaging a whole entire world. A few years ago we were at a family reunion in the NSW’s Blue Mountains and I just wanted to stay there. The view was incredible! It honestly felt very “lord of the rings” type atmosphere.

In a car would you rather drive or be a passenger?

Well I don’t drive, I don’t have a license, I am learning to get it though. I think I’m better as a passenger anyway, I get distracted =/

If you could have three wishes granted for you alone, what would they be?

• For myself, my mums side and those I love to be well taken care off.
• To spend two weeks at Disney.
• Too help those endangered and extinct animals.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you for the all the lovely birthday wishes ❤ I was going to reply to everything individually, but it I soon realised that it was going to be complicated, so I thought it’d be quicker and better this way and then I can say thank you. Just talk a little about my weekend…Let’s talk and share with our first morning cup of coffee.

How was your weekend?

I’m also a bit nervous this morning, I start my first day of training with the Libraries. I’ve got training every day training, except for Friday, which is kind of lovely. I’ll probably be exhausted by Friday, and it’s all paid training as well.

“For the next three weeks the questions are from kids.  The Happy Quitter wrote me this weekend and told me about her workshop she does for neighborhood kids and the some of the kids had some suggestions for the Share your World challenge.  I realize there are more than 4 questions so feel free to answer all or only 4 questions.”

1. What’s your favorite comic figure and why?

My favourite comic character would have to be “The Archies“. I have been reading those comics since I was a child. In this crazy world, I have access to so much that I am able to purchase a lot of Archie things lately. I know a lot of people would probably be a little shock since Harley Quinn could be classified as a ‘comic character’. I am just trying to look at this as purely comic characters.

1. Name something you wish you could like.

I wish that I could like things straight away as soon as they come out, like the normal people do. I’ve always had this thing if people are pressuring me or pushing me to like something, to watch something, I pretty much will instantly hate it. Whenever a new show comes out and everyone is pushing for you to watch it the moment it comes out. I wait a whole season and THEN start watching it,lol…I think it’s really freaky that people will just push and push you to watch a show, like their life depends on who gets to watch the show the fastest.

1. Tell me about your first crush / first date / first kiss.

I remember my first non-celebrity crush, I still remember what he looks like…And I still like to point out that I had a crush on him first before Hanson came out,lol. I still remember thinking how gorgeous he was, with his long flowing blonde locks, he was the first boy I liked who was a blonde. Then I find out he drove a mini and he had me.

1. What sign are you? Do you believe in astrology?

I am a Taurus (The Bull). I do to a certain degree, I do believe that they give us certain characteristics. I mean if you were too look up what it “means” to be a Taurus, you’d probably find that’s pretty much me. Even the personality trait for wanting the finer things. While I generally am known for being happy with my lot, somehow whenever we go shopping. I can always pick out the most expensive item. It’s a little knack, that I can never afford!

What would you ask for if a genie granted you three wishes?

1. For everyone I care about to have their mortgages paid off as well as one dream house, paid off as well.
2. A dream job, dream health or vacation for everyone I care about (some people like working…What can I say).
3. I would like to wish for several successful conservation parks for different types of animals.

What experiences are most meaningful to you?

The ones where I am secretly happy when I leave.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be BOTH a hairdresser and a Ballerina. It’s kind of funny really because now I rarely do anything with my hair, I might put a different colour through it every couple of years and I give it a chop. As for ballerina I still love to dance, but I don’t do any kind of professional dancing any-more.

Oh wow, I’m not sure that I could point out on one day in particular. I have been been very lucky and have had a few. Hopefully looking forward to more!

Make a Wish

My horoscopes said that I just need to “make a wish” this week. Instead of concentrating on what I want, I need to work on what I want to get what I need. I am actually into horoscopes, but the ones that they do weekly in the newspaper is not the ones I follow to the “T”. Mainly because those ones are just to general, they are not specific enough, for that you need a lot more detail.

However, I think making wishes helps to achieve what we want too and every Monday I make wishes for what I want to achieve for that particular week.

Share Your World – 2016 Week 2

Do you believe in extraterrestrials or life on other planets? 

I think that there is definitely other life on other plants, these might only microbes and things, but definitely other “life” out there. As for big alien E.T. things, I think it a definite possibility. We know that there are so many other solar systems and other planets that we are aware of but don’t have the means to visit. What’s to say there isn’t some big alien culture out there in the same position?

How many places have you lived? You can share the number of physical residences and/or the number of cities.

I have probably lived in two, really lived in them. My home is Australia, but I was for a time living on and off in America for about three years. I was in a long distance relationship so I was going back and forth a lot. I don’t think that I could live in another country though, after my experience I love my family and they are amazingly rare!

If you given $22 million tax free dollars (any currency), what is the first thing you would do?

Disneyland! =D In all seriousness I really would BUT I would do other things before then and then go to Disneyland. Definitely pay off my parents and siblings mortgages (or in my brother case get him a place and then pay off the mortgage, so he can stop renting,lol). Set up a house for myself and THEN go to Disneyland … Oh to dream,lol

The Never List: What are things you’ve never done? Or things you know you never will do?

I say “Never say never”! There are things that I definitely can’t see myself doing, but you just never know!

If you could have three wishes granted for you alone, what would they be?

• For my family (or people who feel like family to me) to be taken care for the rest of their lives, without it being ridiculous (like having a gazillion dollars)
• For their to be a cure for emphysema.
• To have my dogs live forever =D

What is the most incredible natural venue that you’ve ever seen in person?

The Blue Mountains in Sydney NSW…Just stunning! I could have stayed there forever. I felt extremely inspired by it, I could have easily written a Lord of the Ring theme type story, but in Australia.

Is your hair short (total neck and ear showing), medium (covering ears and neck), long (below shoulders) or extra long (at least halfway down your back)?

I’ve got mine at least halfway down my back at the moment. Every know and then I do have to cut it though, because it starts to get really badly tangled. During Summer it WILL wrap around my throat also, so then I have to get it then as well.
