Can I just say I have a lot of teddy type plushie bears, and I love all of them for different reasons.
So you imagine my upset when I the news article “King Charles evicts Andrew—and his 72 teddy bears—from Buckingham Palace”…Oh the comments!
Let’s not go there. I remember also seeing a comment from a TERF a little while ago, saying how she loved her plushie, but the thought of a trans person also loving on a plush toy, makes them freak out. Like…don’t have your plushie then, there are lot more deserving people who deserve one. They were freaking out because their “reasoning” was “what is they have one to make them feel more like a girl”.
What?
It’s not a “girl” thing to have a plushie, and if it was…It shouldn’t be! Teddy Bears are for literally everyone. Teddy Bears are not gender or sex specific. They’re for cuddles and to cry into…or scream into, lol…To hug when you’re scared. To cuddle to feel comfy and warm during Winter.
Leave the teddy bears out of it!
I wish I had a space for 72 teddy bears. If I’m honest, if I had the space, I would never stop, lol.
The one from this list that really caught my eye, was number 31 and the one that I wish to talk about today.

It reminded me that even with all my own stuff, there are other people out there, probably feeling very similar to how I am feeling right now. That we are just trying to muddle through, in our own ways. Some being more toxic than others, and then some trying help more than others.
Honestly, it makes me feel better than not everyone has got it together. Sometimes I feel like I do and that I do not. It feels weirdly comforting that we don’t all have it together. Some days we do and some days we don’t. I now know even people who don’t like me, do not have their stuff together. I signed onto LinkedIn the other day, after not being on it for months, I was bored during COVID. I discovered that my ex-best friend had looked at my profile, only three days prior.
That was funny. One that she couldn’t help her (she blocked me on FB) but also LinkedIn is a professional/working website. So it’s not an Insta or FB. The most exciting thing that’s on there, is…well, not much honestly. It’s a professional website, I’m not going to be putting my petty dramas on there, lol. I am not going to put if I’m married, or have children. I didn’t go and look at hers, because I don’t need too. It was just funny you know? lol
I am really sorry, I really do. I’ve had three pets rats in my life. So this is a little “trigger” warning before I begin, because a lot of people do not like rats.

Mainly because, one, if you do survive being burnt alive (which I doubt many, if any did). You certainly couldn’t give birth AFTER that. I don’t think we can even do that these days. Okay, I am wrong with this, at least ONE woman has given birth after she badly burned, Turia Pitt. But that’s NOW.
Also, women and men weren’t burned at the stake during the Salem Trials, they were hanged. 19 girls and one “warlock” Giles Corey was pressed to death with stones. The myth of burnings at the stake in Salem is most likely inspired by European witch trials. Either way. Not a single Witch or Warlock, who was actually burned at the stake, survived.
Either way your Great Gran mama was probably a bad witch. What kind of good witch, stands by and let’s her fellow magic comrades burn, or hang? Why wouldn’t you do anything? I can’t imagine that a good witch would hear of these things and just let it continue, letting it peak between the 15th and 18th centuries, that nearly (and probably over) 3 centuries!
NOW, if you said that you were the great grand daughter of a witch that was burned, hanged or executed. THAT makes sense. There was a rumour, that while a woman was being burned at the stake, she gave birth, but the executioner threw the baby back onto the fire pile. I don’t know much of that is true. Girls, gave birth very early back then. So there is a good chance, that some of the girls, cause a lot were young girls, already had had children. Possibly.

I get that a lot of people have been hurt and shocked by Rowling, I’m not even a huge HP fan, and even I was shocked.
What I don’t get, is why people keep insisting on buying her stuff.
You hit bigots in the pocket, not continually buying their stuff.
Now I know she’s a got a HP tv show coming out. People are “outraged”, but how many will actually watch it. Just don’t watch it, make them regret it.
We have a show in Australia, on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) called Insiders, every year the host is the most popular host on the ABC. Every year, people ask “why”, because no one likes him. Yet, every week, the same people who don’t like him, are watching the show.
Listen up.

I’m going to be honest, whenever I hear anyone call JKRowling either magical or influential, this is what pops into my mind. After all, who said being magical or influential is always a good thing?
I think people REALLY have to ask themselves if they’re going to listen to a author, whose famous for writing about magic, including a transformation spell, where Hermione nearly became another person, and nearly turned into a cat too, and has been problematic over quiet a few years now. Or Scientists and actual Feminists, who have been actually fighting for women for years.

You have just been gifted a magic wand that specializes in completing household chores. You can request the completion of only two household chores. Which chores would you assign your wand to complete? Clean the whole toilet, I really hate doing that. Also vacuuming, sometimes. I don’t mind vacuuming, it’s a good work out! There are just sometimes I just really don’t want to do it. I don’t mind doing cleaning, I can find it therapeutic. Those two I really hate doing, especially the toilet.
At the local Wizards-R-Us store there was a sale on handshake shockers, instant darkness pellets, and levitation pills. Which of these ‘party thrillers’ are you more likely to purchase? I would probably pick the levitation pills. Hopefully I wouldn’t get air sick though!lol
In the alley behind Wizards-R-Us, there was a tradesman selling a Love Potion. The sales pitch was too much for you and you yielded and purchased one vial. What do you do with it? Aww, well I don’t need it…Lame, but true,hehe. I would save it maybe? Honestly, I would probably put in a safe somewhere. I’d be too worried that someone would else to make someone who doesn’t love them, love them. Maybe I could just pour it down the sink, honestly I wouldn’t even buy it.

In your opinion, what’s the closest thing to real magic?
Nature. Just Nature itself. The birds, the bees…the planet. Am I completely lame?lol…Watching the clouds go by, keeping an eye on them, seeing if they’re “normal” clouds or “rain” clouds. Watching a bee push it’s way into flower. Watching a bee go after the only plant in the whole backyard, a weed. So now I’ve gone out and bought plants. Watching the birds swoop my cat,lol. Telling him to stay away, and rightly so! Watching a humpback whale come out of the sea. Nature is magic =D

Where is the worst smelling place you’ve been?
I haven’t actually been there, more like we’d drive past it. My cousins used to live near a mushroom farm! You didn’t even have to go in to the place to smell it, just needed to be the right temperature and the right wind…Smelly!
What are some things that you’ve heard in your own life, which sounded like compliments but were actually insults?
Oh, my brother is really good at this. I am not so good at it, or cannot always tell when it’s happening too me.

What this couple did was, get so upset by seeing the letters BLM on a road. They decided to take it upon themselves, to paint out these letters. What is HILARIOUS about this situation though, I was arguing with someone by the name of Brandon Straka Founder of “Walk Away”. The reasoning for his “side”? Us Liberals got all upset over a noose, that wasn’t a noose in the end. We were the snowflakes for getting upset about something, at the time, which looked like a noose (Bubba Wallace). Yet, the post we were on, was about two white people getting so offended by letters. That they took it upon themselves, to get paint and paint over said letters in the middle of a road. Not the noose situation. According to Brandon Straka, what these two “people” did was compassionate and morals, something someone like Liberals would never understand.
It was funny as well, because I was thinking to myself. If they didn’t get permission to do that, which I really doubted at the time they had. They were going to get into trouble…And they did! I didn’t expect the hate crime, but I did expect the vandalism.
Brandon is not a nice person. There was a Trump supporter, who was surprised that Brandon was commending it, as Brandon, is also the first to point out about the statues. The TS said “If we are having a go and telling people off for vandalising, then we need to hold ourselves to the same standards” Brandon called him “mentally ill”. All these other TS’s came to Jeff’s defence, because Jeff is actually right. Brandon didn’t “read Jeff” right. As I pointed out though, Brandon read what Jeff wrote, perfectly fine. In case they hadn’t noticed, anyone who doesn’t agree with Brandon Starka is just automatically “mentally ill”. Like I said to Jeff “Welcome to the Red Pill…Have Fun!”.
My coworkers and I were talking, as one does, and we were talking about what “dream” animals we would want as a pet. We’re not talking about your usual Lion and Tiger. More like your Dragons and Mermaids, and then combine them together. So you make a whole new animal.
