People who cannot see who they are

Do any of you have a friend or family member on Facebook or Twitter, or even Instagram. When you read this next bit, you’ll know what I’m talking about. I believe that we all have at least one friend or family member who does this.

So, I have a friend, a male friend, who complained about health and medical services changing the term “women” to pregnant people. He also complained about the Dr Seuss company choosing to stop publishing the racists Dr Seuss’s. You know the stories that no one really has read and no one knows about anyway.

In one day (many days after he called the world “time to get off the crazy bus”) I log on and he’s played one of those FB games, where they “guess” your personality type games. The one he chose to post said how he “hates” petty drama and everyone was calling it spot on…Surprisingly though, not his sister. Who normally likes a lot of stuff his posts. Later on in the day, I saw him comment on a post that said “What do you think is the worst thing that mankind has ever (come up with) or (invented)…I can’t remember which one”. I said “mankind” (haha)…he said “Judgement”…I CRACKED UP!

Does this make you think of someone that you know? Haha

I know I’m not perfect, and have my flaws. I judge, I have…well, when a white van rolls up next to me, I get scared. Even though that person probably doesn’t even think about anything like that. I would say that I have a healthy amount of self-esteem. I am definitely kinder than others, but you know how people will say re: “good guys”. If you are a actual good guy, you don’t need to tell anyone.

That’s how I feel about myself. It may not be very “lady like” to know that I’m a kinder person than a lot of people out there. But...BUT...I also read a lot of kind bloggers on here too. I know that I am open minded, but I am also aware that I sometimes make judgements on people on first look…or smell, in some cases. Also though my judgement, may not be a usual judgment either, as I’m sure you all can relate. Take someone with a very apparent physical disability. A lot of people appear to get uncomfortable. I will always make a effort to talk and interact with them like they’re a human being…Because they are. And I am not sorry, but white people with dreadlocks, just looks stupid. I think natural hair on POC is absolutely beautiful, and I do not simply understand, at all. Why some people think that POC natural hair is “gross”. I love it!

*whispers* I judge stupid people…Hahahaha

I don’t need to post a Facebook post to prove that either, I just do.

I do like doing those Facebook games though, for fun. They can be quiet funny and not like yourself at all, haha.

You’re a liar if you say you’ve never judged, lol. We might get better as we get older, and start to “care less” so to speak. You know you do it, lol

Questions:

What’s something you really resent paying for?

Umm…I honestly can’t think of anything. The closest I have come too is buying clothes online which then don’t really fit you properly.

 What was the most unsettling film you’ve seen?

I can’t think of one of the top of my head. The one that I can think of that comes closest. Was Hostels 2, a thriller. This group of young people get kidnapped and then they are bid for. Where they were then tortured. I don;t like horrors or thrillers, except for silent horror films. But they STILL give me nightmares. The silent film of “Phantom of the Opera”, gave me my first nightmare that I can remember. I was only there, because my partners friends all wanted to see it. They all had seen Hostel 1. I also got squeamish because, at one point, they shoot a kid in the head. Violence towards children and animals, always makes me angry.

Do you judge people?  

Too an extent, I do. I think we all do. As one gets older though, you learn to do it less and less.Well, I have been anyway,lol. I think as you get older, you…well some…care less what others think. So you tend to judge less, because you’ve “been through it” yourself. Well, some of us. I’d be a liar though if I say I never judge. I never said I was perfect!lol

Walked 100 miles, in the snow, no shoes, we had to hunt for our school lunch…Hahaha…Back in my day…Feels so long ago now, especially with this year!

Gratitude

I have found something to put in my little seeds in, which I am going to go out to get tomorrow…The best thing is, that they are biscuit containers! Our supermarket bakery, bake their own biscuits (cookies). I’m always buying a different flavour biscuit, and the containers are quiet huge. I was about to throw them out, but then I realised. I reckon I can use them for some seeds! What do you all think? I was thinking some herbs? Put some holes in the bottom? I’m not really a “garden” person,lol. The most I do is pull weeds,lol. I put a birthday card of mine to compare sizes.

Let’s down right honest here…

Too be completely honest, I’d rather look this like then be a Trump Supporter any day of the week. If the worst you’ve got on someone is their “looks” Then you’ve got nothing…I’d rather look like this than be a racist, angry, hateful supporter of child molesters trump supporter any day of the week! Why do the they think THIS is an argument? When did someones looks become okay to attack? I don’t even find that great of an argument when people use Trumps hands as a defence, because, well it’s not.

I’m also shocked by how quickly they manage to get on Twitter when someone they don’t like writes anything on Twitter. Then it occurred too me that the majority of people who are on benefits and voted for Trump, are white people on benefits. Which means that people who don’t work and can’t afford to go anywhere, have Fox. We even get Hannity and Ingraham, in Australia, and they are played during the day. When other people are working. So retired, unemployed people have that all day. Even here, in Australia, the Trump supporters are people who do not work or are retired. Guess what is on all day?

IT ALL MAKES SENSE!

If someone can’t get out and see the world, this problem ALWAYS happens.

I, personally, have always found that if someone hasn’t left their own state BUT without an actual reason (for example, they suffer from anxieties) They tend to think the whole world is them. Every thought they have, everyone else in the world must as well. Now this obviously is not everyone. Just the majority it seems.

“The man who received death threats for taking his wive’s surname”

You are NOT a follower of God or anything that is supposed to be peace and love. Now I am not a religious person, I’m more of a spiritual person. I do not believe for one moment that God’s thing is to send death threats and threaten infertility on a couple because a man wants to take his wives last name.

The biggest problem I have with some religious people (not all) is that they interpret and use the wording of the various Bible’s to their own meanings. I wish I could find the tweet. Using “All I have to do is ask God for Forgiveness when they die” For the “okay” on their horrible behaviour…I found this brilliant Tweet about how Jesus talked about Churches and used rocks as an example to make strong foundations from. Some people took this literally and built Churches…But what if that’s not what it means? From a more spiritual point of view this person explained (and I am going to keep looking for it!) Jesus was coming from a more “spiritual” point of view. The rock is a strong foundation, it’s very hard if not impossible to move stone, especially when you have a group of it together. He wasn’t talking about building Churches, he was talking a spiritual foundation. The heart of what a religion should be, the foundation from your hearts. Not a literal building…and have to agree with her!

Many people who are this nasty, tend to go to Churches on Sunday, to “cleanse” them of their Sins. How about not going to a building to cleanse themselves, how about they just be a nice person instead?

Appreciate Yourself More!

In a world where we have so many young people suffering from self-esteem issues. It was, too me anyways, really great to see someone realise how totally gorgeous they look. However, the comments about this girl were horrible. I just don’t get it. You just cannot win these days. There seems to be an “acceptable” level loving on oneself, and I just think it’s a little ridiculous. If more people appreciated and loved on themselves a little more, we’d have a lot more happier people. A lot less problems too I would be willingly to bet.

Just remember when someone is appreciating themselves, it might be the only day that year that they actually feel good about themselves. So don’t bring them down, because really it’s your issues, not theirs. As long as their not only about their looks, and they are just beautiful on the inside, what’s really the problem?

Never judge a book….

During the weekend I went into numerous toy shops looking for a plush Hyena…I dressed up as Harley Quinn for an “Heroes and Villians” party over the weekend, so I thought that I would give an Easter twist to my Harley Quinn costume. I could not find a Hyena anywhere! They had Serval Cats (because I hear kids want them all the time) and some Wild Dogs (The number one Hyena enemy!)…But NO Hyena!

Anyways, while looking in one store, I came across this little treasure.

There was a whole bunch of them together, I didn’t get Belle because as you can see even just behind the Beast here, I have a lot of Belle.

I detract from my story. I was a little shocked to discover the name of the company and the stand that these figurines were all standing on. Why was I shocked you ask yourself? Well I was shocked because it wasn’t exactly the first name I would think of when thinking of Disney Figurines.

The company’s name you may ask? … Bullyland … by Paragon Toys. It was just a little bit of a shock, it’s a bit of weird name right? It wasn’t just me, was it?

Golden Globes

I was going to write this initially on the day that the Golden Globes, but with everything that’s happened this week … It’s been a bit of a weird week! Anyways, if you watched the Golden Globes, I think that we can all agree that this year had so much variety! That’s the thing with all of the fashion on the red carpet, what one person doesn’t like, somebody will just completely love. Just take some of these articles below for comparison.

I am definitely not someone who is known for her fashion sense, in fact I seemed to get paid out a lot (gurataneed by my brother who is actually certificated in costume design). However, I just love watching the fashion, and the stars just look incredibly awesome. Even with the more sheer outfits, I mean they work out and they work really hard to look that good. Why shouldn’t they be allowed to wear what they want? It’s not their responsibility to make us get off our butts and work out hard. If we have a problem with it, I think it’s more of a reflection on you as a human being than them? I’ve seen a few people write how they “owe us” to cover up more … Uhhh … How about no they really don’t “owe us” that? If you have a problem with it, it’s your problem.
