I started to write this post, after signing into the YouTube and seeing all those beauty “influencer’s” in ANOTHER drama. I had watched the above video first and then that came up. All I could think of was what I had seen with Tolle and Brand and all I could think of was, what was the point again of this influencer’s? None of them are influencing in a positive way. Although not everyone is a Tolle, these “influencer’s” are nothing about ego, they’re not even trying.

QUESTIONS:

Pancakes, waffles or French Toast as your breakfast favorite? 

Without question, waffles. I love them all mind you, but if I had to chose, it’d be waffles. I wouldn’t be able to tell you why though. I like that just that little bit more though.

Do you think a person’s name influences the person they become?

I think to some extent it does. When you think about the amount of celebrities who change their name, that we know them by. So on some level it does. I also think they we feel not a social pressure, but a certain type of pressure to be like what you were named after. Myself, I was named after Lauren Bacall. Sometimes I feel I need to be a bit more cooler…At least I’m not named Karen at this time!

Would things get better or worse if humans focused on what was going well rather than what’s going wrong?

I do believe it would go better if we focused on more things that were going well. It just does your brain good. But not like the way Trump does it. He thinks everything he does, goes well. Don’t do “going well” like Trump.

Is math(s) something that humans created or something we discovered? Is looking at reality mathematically an accurate representation of how things work?

Maybe both?lol. I think it’s kind of hard to explain, as I would not call myself “mathematical” at all,lol. It does to an extent, it also depends though…Oh god, this is complicated in my mind. I know that I think maths does accurately represent how a lot of things work, but not everything…lol. As an example, they say music and maths are very similar. So somebody who can do maths well, can also play music. HOWEVER, does that mean that someone who can do maths, also represent how and why music makes us feel how we feel when we listen to a song that makes us feel … Oh dear god, I thought…ed!lol

GRATITUDE

What are you grateful for right now?   I realize it’s difficult to be very positive right now, unless one is being positive that things are pretty awful.   Let’s spread the joy in gratitude!! 

I am honestly grateful for the Blogging community, especially the people who read mine! I had to go away and you’re all still here! Still communicating with me, although at the moment it can feel somewhat of an overabundance of communication is happening right now. It’s good and positive communication. Even this question is positive. Despite knowing that it’s not a great time, the question asks us to think of something positive and so you do. So I ask anyone who may not do the questions this week, to read this and any other blogger whose done the questions this week and think of something joyful and positive!

Twitter Troubles #3 – Twitter Influencers

I’m going to start by saying this, I don’t think a lot of people are going to like this. But, please read it first, think about it and then make a comment. I am speaking from my personal experience, because of how myself and another friend were treated. I have now un-followed a lot of people who I would consider to be a “twitter influencer”.

What I mean personally, by a “twitter influencers” Is not necessarily a particular celebrity, but more someone whose made some kind of impact via Twitter. Rather than a singer, actor, reality tv show. Exactly like an Instagram influencer, but on Twitter,lol.

I am sure that I have written about my incident with a twitter influencer before. Too break it down, a friend of mine and I got into a argument with an “Liberal” on Twitter. You may have even heard of her. “Ohnoshetwint”? Anyway, for some unknown reason, she got really angry at us when we suggested, that in mean time, until voting happens. Too actually get out there. I even said to her “Can you imagine how amazing it would be if you could go to a Trump and drown out his hate speech out?” We got called all sorts of names, like incompetent “little bitch”. No idea WHY she got angry. She then got her followers to gang up on us. Just to find out that she’s going around saying how great it was all those people booing Trump…You know, like we had suggested she do?

After this incident, where she blocked us as well *rolls eyes* I guess the truth hurts sometimes. I’ve got like 900 followers and my friend has about 500 at the time. I have unfollowed a LOT of people.

I started to have “standards” so to speak.

1. I find it funny when Trump supporters get offended by swearing and I do love it when people tell them to “F Off”. But when it’s someone’s ONLY response? Come on, we got to do better than that.
2. If you’re “Don’t Vote Blue No Matter Who” supporter. Yes, do indeed vote blue no matter who. They’re not all prefect, but they are better than Trump! Remember people, the crazies are dedicated! They WILL show up.
3. As above, if I can’t tell if you’re a Trump supporter or a purely “Bernie, Warren, Harris, Biden, Yang, Gabbard” ‘dedicated’ supporter, I’m probably going to unfollow you.

Today is the birthday of probably one of the most influential people and most progressive I have ever heard of…

Martin Luther King Jr isn’t just well-known for is words in America, but his influence around the world.

I feel sad today because after he helped so much with Civil Rights, I think he would be so disheartened to see who America has in charge, and his supporters. The words that has come out of that mans and his supporters mouths and what they have written. Although I do hope that he would get the people to march again! I feel like that’s what we are lacking in this situation.

Martin Luther King to me has true power. Had true words….Was just true…

Did you know: This year it will be 50 years since he was murdered…How far do you think we’ve really come?
