Too those who have come before…

It’s weird to think 4 years TODAY I finally got off the couch after being laid up for 3 days on the couch, too terrified to move…Only moving because Travie needed someone to open the door…And here I am today, having fun, feeling happy…and getting off the couch because Travie needs someone to open door, lol

I was reminded today, why you should always look out for signs from those who have crossed before. Samhain, is when the veil between the dead and living is at it’s thinnest. Be on the look out for signs, more than ever today.. I only realise today, that 4 years ago, today, I was getting the biggest sign of them all!

I always remembered that my huge anxiety attack, that took me out for about a month, is around now. Today, was the first day I got off of the couch, to paralyzed with fear before, and started to “come back”. So honour those who have passed first ❤ They are always with us, giving us signs ❤

I can very happily say that I also know good single Dads too. This article doesn’t surprise me though.

You know why this true for (both mums and dads). You don’t NEED a mum and a dad to raise a successfully, good child, you just need good guardians. That’s what parents really are, we are guardians.

My cousin and I were just talking about this. How these days people trust a very small number of people, if it all, to take care of their kids these days. We understand why, but we were talking about how even us, as kids, we would hang out all the time. We were always over each other houses. When we went to other friends houses, as long as parents or adults were there, our parents were fine. Now it seems that you have to be really good friends with the parents first. Even if your best friend has to get their parents to take care, it’s not okay.

There is always going to be that one single parent who ruins it for the rest, but there are “together” parents who are just as bad. We’re humans, there is always bad and good in every situation. In my own personal life, most of the successful people I know, who have good kids are from single parents. I can only think of a couple of successful married couples. Most of them are from second marriages as well.

I can’t believe that I’ve missed this!

I am a HUGE Marvel fan and I do have to say that I am enjoying them a lot more than the DC series…Even though I love both the different worlds. (Harley Quinn is my favourite).

The Marvel movies just seem to be that little more “extra”. As someone pointed out, Marvel have been taking years to do their movies, whereas DC are coming out all at once. Even with the little extra bits that Marvel give you during the end credits, it just makes it a little more ‘special’.

Are you a DC or a Marvel fan? Are you enjoying one set of movies over the others, or are you enjoying them pretty much the same? Or do you just flat out hate one, or both?
