I can smell the fire place.

So just writing a little diddy, because I feel good at the moment. I should be making dinner, but I can do that when I have completed this =D

I can smell people’s fireplaces again, and I know that’s always the way to tell that the colder weather is getting here. The smell of the fire place, I don’t have one, but you there always seems to be a least one person in the area that has one. Yes, even in Australia. I wouldn’t mind buy a fake one, and covering myself with a blanket.

I can tell it’s getting colder again, it’s pitch dark at 6pm and everyone has all their lights one. The blankets that were put in away in the Summer, are out on top of the lounge again.

You have a permanent smell in your nose of hot chocolate, and the hot food you make, doesn’t make you sweat anymore when you cook it and it’s still nice and warm when you go to eat it ❤

Pretty much I will list 10 things I hate and then 10 things that I love.

1. My puppy…I just LOVE her, sometimes you just connect with an animal
2. The live web feed that I watch, it’s like a drug for me! It always makes me feel better…Except when a kill happens!lol
3. I love my family
4. I love Nacho Cheese Dorito chips and Lasagne!
5. I love when the temperature in the shower is just right during Winter.
6. Blogging! =P Seriously though, it’s been such a freeing experience!
7. My friends, family and boyfriend, hehe
8. Writing just in general, I’ve started to get back into that recently.
9. Music…Especially when I can find the music that fits my mood exactly.
10. Open fire places…Lovely…Maybe not so much during Summer though,lol

Now for 10 things I hate…

1. People who lie…and THEN wont up to own up to it, even with overwhelming evidence in their face!
2. Guys who call themselves a “good guy” by doing something jerky and then calling me a crazy bitch because I refuse to call them a “good guy”
3. People who gossip behind your back and wont own up to it.
4. This isn’t a “hate thing” but it annoys me crazy! People who make the comment “Who Cares”…Get off the article!
5. Food posing!
6. Not being able to figure out why I’ve suddenly gotten sick lately!
7. That the place I’ve been volunteering at for 3yrs wont give me an actual job, but my classmates are getting jobs after being there for two weeks and no one will tell me what the problem is!
8. I hate…Hate!
9. Anyone who hurts anyone I care about.
10. People who hurt animals and children! That’s a whole different kind of wrong!

That First Winter night

That first Winter night,
That first time you put on that familiar jumper you’ve had for years,
That first warm bubble bath, that you never want to come out of,
That first time you have to wrap the towel around to keep warm.

The first time you put on that heater
and wrap that warm blankie around you, falling asleep, warm on the couch,
The first warm cup of hot chocolate, warming all of your insides,
The first hot shower you have after running to get home in the rain, soaked through.

It’s what I’ll have to count on during these next few months…

Family Magic

(Okay this was posted on Tuesday instead of actually Monday…Please forgive me!)

I went on a family reunion this weekend and it was amazing! We stayed at a renovated train station/platform building, that still has trains running by it (so much fun at 2 in the morning ~.~)

It was amazing because my family is amazing. All the way up to the reunion people kept telling me that I must be dreading it but I didn’t and I never would! It was really sad to hear how people just do not get along with their families. We are all so different, but we get along so well and I am very aware of how lucky I am that we all get along so well and how much we love each other.
