(I would love to see Matt Smith and Jodi Whitakker together)
…I absolutely adore her! I am so glad that I didn’t jump on any of the bandwagons of ‘hate’.
I completely forgot to watch the first episode and I had literally had been talking about it the day before and how I had to remember it. I managed to find it and I have been loving it ever since. She kind of reminds of the last three Doctors combined. I think she is utter perfection when it comes to “The Doctor”.
This is why people need to chill on the whole “The Doctor is a Girl” hate…
I am writing this before the latest Dr Who episode, because I wont really have the time to write anything about it before Monday ends, and I want to write this before Monday ends. I have no intention for the moment to actually write about the actual episode, this is more about the “cycle” of Doctor Who. Which can be briefly be explained in the diagram below:
I can definitely say this is true of a lot of Dr Who Fans. If you head to the Facebook pages and people are just making suggestions…SUGGESTIONS! The hate in the column in comments can be overwhelming and is quiet frankly , embarrassing sometimes. I usually miss this step a lot because I know I will probably like the new Doctor. I have liked all the Doctors so far.
I have to admit though, when I first start to watch I miss the last Doctor for a bit. I think to myself “Oh they would have been brilliant playing against this character” or something like that. I usually do end up getting to a point where I can’t imagine the Doctor being played by someone else, but then I am always pleasantly surprised. For example, my personal favourite Doctor was Matt Smith. I love Peter Capaldi as an actor, but I never thought that I could love anyone with River Song (played by Alex Kingston) as much as I love her with Matt Smith…But I was wrong! But I think Peter Capaldi and Alex Kingston has AMAZING chemistry! I wept…WEPT…When they got to the “Last Night at Darillium”.
Do you follow the Dr Who cycle? Is there a Fandom that you apart of that has a similar cycle?

Get to know me!…Part 2
So last week I started off a getting to know me challenge and as I mentioned I “stole” it from Vrushali who found it on ChocolatenWaffles’s Blog. (Please go and check them out!) Instead of doing it all in one go, I am instead doing it in 25 part questions and this is Part 2…So let’s start…
If you would like to read my Part One…Please check it out here.
I just wanted to say a big Happy Birthday to this wonderful man, who created a character that made my heart more happy. Sometimes a character and a actor just comes along who you connect with. A amazing actor who made a character who made me feel it was okay to be a little “weirder” than the norm. It’s weird for me, because I’ve always had celebrity crushed, bit even know his speeches make me want to cry, they touch my heart. I miss seeing his gorgeous face every week. I think Peter Capaldi is doing a wonderful job. Happy Birthday to MY Doctor ❤
This quote, when he said it…This huge grin just came across my face … Thank you for making this weirdo feel a little more “normal” ❤
I finally got around to watching the “Doctor Who Christmas Special” I stayed off of the craziness that is Social Media (I’m one of those increasingly rare people who doesn’t think that the whole of Facebook needs to stay quiet and say nothing because I can’t stay off of a SOCIAL media state).
River Song, apart from Captain Jack, is probably my most favourite re-occurring character on Doctor Who.
I LOVED IT! I cried, I laugh and I absolutely love the relationship between River and the Doctor, this might sound a little weird they felt more suited for each other and as much I loved the relationship between River and Matt Smiths character, it felt more real, if that even makes sense for a fictional relationships. I have my theories why that is ( and not just Matt Smith being younger), but I can’t say anything without giving, not spoilers so much, but good plot lines, away. Get out there and watch it when you can, you will not be disappointed.
Do not read article if you haven’t seen it yet! Heartbreaking Doctor Who Christmas Special (The Mirror)
I read over the last week that there was going to be some huge devastating “thing” happen on this weeks episode of Doctor Who, so at the moment I am currently avoiding all types of social media. I am of those people who don’t think that it’s up to Facebook and all the specific Doctor Who pages to be quiet about the episode just for me.
So what do I do with all that sudden free time you may ask? I do “things”. Every time I stay off of social media it is amazing how much I get around to actually doing. I read books that I’ve been waiting to read, or finish off reading. I start or finish off crafts, I give the house a good cleaning, rather than a “It’s alright” job. It makes you wonder sometimes what you used to do with all that ‘free time’ time before social media came along.
I know not everyone has a social media type thing going in, but it seems more and more each day that we do. I’ve been thinking for myself that I am going to get into more Yoga and Pilates and build up mu muscle strength again, so I don’t ever go through this painful leg situation. I am also starting to prepare myself to get more into Crafts and hopefully become good enough at something that I can have that as a little “something on the side”.
So, my readers, what could be more magical than finding that time during the week to relax a little and close everything off for a while. Especially with another hectic bust season coming up! What do you like to do in your spare time? Any hints or suggestions to make the most of it?
