One of the things that I noticed over the weekend, was that there are trans people who seem to not be able to see what harm their doing to the trans community. I have noticed this in a few different kinds of different communities.
One had a picture of a Nazi symbol hanging in their wall.
I just want to know…why? It’s not like Right Wing, Christians Conservatives haven’t made their feelings known.
*Update* That trans person with the Nazi symbol, they deactivated their account.
We also had an Indigenous Member of Parliament, say that she backs the white billionaire who has no problem with basically, genocide of the Aboriginal people of Australia. Why? What does that benefit for her?
It’s not “woke” to not wear the logo of a white billionaire who want to wipe out your family, your elders, your mother, your father, your brothers, ,your sisters. Its human.
I ONLY made it to midnight because the cat kept grab what he could get at. I feel asleep very quickly. Went to bed feeling all achy, woke up still feeling achy. I don’t know if this is a sign of the year!
This is my very tired attempt of wishing you all a Happy New Year. While I have not into this new year with the same optimism that I did last year. After all, if you expect disappointment, you be so surprised when you get disappointment…BUT!
I think, in honour of Betty White. We should continually remind ourselves “What Would Betty White Do!”.
I am going to try and now get through some of your posts, but I am feeling just terrible and can’t sit for long. So, don’t be surprised to see me liking and commenting posts at different times today.

Do I believe that Amber Heard being an abuser, makes it alright for someone else to be one? No
Do I believe that alcohol and drugs can sometimes make people do crazy things? Yes
Do I think his “fans” letting him off because of his looks (because we don’t actually know the guy) make them enablers and contribute to his downfalls? Yes.
Let me put it another way…If that photo of Johnny was a photo of someone you cared about, what would you do? If you had seen the video Johnny and his anger towards Amber, but Amber was your family or your friend…Would you be alright with what he did?
I have had friends who are enablers. The irony is that they don’t realise it, until it’s too late. Don’t be that person! It’s okay that Johnny isn’t “perfect”, but he and we can do better!
I have been watching them since around November last year. I started watching them after a previous live web feed cam had finished for the year (Pip the Ostrich). Every now and then I like to share some shots from the safari’s, so keep an eye out for those Blogs!
I think a major part of the reason I love visiting these live feeds is because of the community of the safari’s. While watching the safari’s you can chat with people from all over the world and the people are lovely! There are two sections that you can talk with, one is just called “Chat” where you have to have a ‘profile’ and be logged into chat there. The other is called “Social Stream” this is the one I’m mainly in conversation with. I have a profile, social stream just seems more…Social,lol.
The drives are very therapeutic, and I give full credit to the chatters of the drives just as much as the animals, guides and the those who film =D They got me through some rough days…and nights!
The 26th of January is Australia Day (and a National Public Holiday!). It’s another edition of Magical Monday…YAY! =D I hope today’s Monday isn’t too tough for you! (On a completely different note, I am trying to think of a different subject to write posts about as I feel that I am not writing on here enough..Watch this space for more!) For this edition of Magical Monday, I have decided to write a little about Drag Queens.
This is actually a subject I am quiet informed on as my brother is one and if any of you followed me on Facebook you would be able to see how amazing of a Drag Queen he is!
One of the main reason I decided to write about this subject is because a lot of my followers are not from a Europe so I am unsure on how many of you have even heard of “Eurovision” and if you are unaware of who won the competition this year. The winner of Eurovision this year was a ‘bearded lady” called Conchita, who is a man in Drag. When I first heard about it a lot of people were upset about the winner. So I sat down and watched it and was shocked to find he actually has an amazing voice and the song reminded me a lot of a Bond theme tune.
Russia has already put a ban into a parade for their own singers (which I found extremely sad because they girls are beautiful singers). Eurovision is a competition that takes place in a Europe country/city/town and has produced some amazing acts like ABBA and I have no doubt that Conchita is going to make a huge impact on the world in one way or another. She is already getting interviews with huge name chat shows hosts.

Austria: Conchita Wurst – Rise Like a Phoenix live at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 Second Semi-Final
As I mentioned before my brother is a Drag Queen and this weekend he travelled to Darwin to participate in a new competition called “Queens of the Galaxy”. Which is where one Drag Queen from each state of Australia is nominated by their fellow drag queens about who should represent their state/territory. Anyone who knows Drag Queen knows how competitive (nice way of putting it) Drag Queens. However, my brother won the first ever competition of Queens of the Galaxy, which means he was the first Queen of the Drag Queens in the whole of Australia. My entire family have been extremely proud of him and how he has represented his particular community.
Another television show that I think represents Drag Queens beautifully is “Ru Pauls Drag Race”…I have watched at least four seasons of the show and it is one of my favourites and I never miss it! Ru Paul is utterly beautiful, both inside and out and is also hilariously funny! One of my favourite quotes of her is shown below and I repeat it to myself and some of my friends continuously!
