So close…so far

I am so frustrated! I keep getting so close to starting my online absent reiki healing business. Of course though I thought when they said “It can be a low as the much a month”. You can’t actually pay it off per month. You HAVE to pay it yearly. So once again, I have to put it off until I can afford to pay for the yearly payment.
