Thanks Lauren for Sharing Your World! Lasagna? Oooo! Move over Garfield! That snail nightmare is interesting…and I’d be freaked out by them too, if one tried to eat me! Have a great weekend!

It’s quite simple. First step you cook up your meat flavored as preferred. Step two lay down a layer of hard noodles layer you meat over that. Lay down another layer of hard noodles on top of the meat . Layer you ricotta mixture on top of that and then pour a small can of diced tomatoes with juice over the ricotta (you can mix in your own sauce with the tomatoes if you prefer it but the goal is that the noodles have to have enough moisture to soak up while they cook in the oven). Another layer of noodles repeat to top of pan. Then at the top cover with zauce and mozarella cheese. Cover with lid or tin foil and bak in the oven at 350 Farenheit for 45 minutes to an hour. A knife of fork should be able to go throiugh the noodles without resistance.
