Nurt Thur – Feel Broken

First, I absolutely LOVE “On Dragonfly Wings with Buttercup Tea” quote for this. I’m not sure that I am really going to improve on it.

I just wanted to say that I am sure we are all feeling a little more broken than usual right now. I’ve been trying to feel normal after Pippy passed away. Sometimes I forget how little time that was ago.

 I think this is going to be the new normal for a while. I’ve seen so many people, especially with mental health conditions struggling even more than usual. There’s nothing wrong with how you are feeling, and you are most definitely not alone with how you are feeling. There are so many people you can reach out too, myself included. As someone with anxiety, I know it’s pointless to say you’ll be alright, because YOU NEED to believe and feel it. So I suggest taking the advice from Mr Rogers and I believe that you will be reminded that you’ll be alright.
