I am on such a natural painful high right now.
A couple of weeks ago I went to see a dietitian and nutritionist. For those who don’t know my Doctor believe I have a genetic disposition for high cholesterol. So instead of putting me onto medication straight away, we are looking at changing my lifestyle. Including exercise.
Can I just say, even after nearly two weeks and the pain (I can’t even remember the last time I did proper exercise. I walk a lot) I feel really good. Especially after I do the exercises. Especially when I don’t eat badly for the day AND do the exercises.
