What does DNF stand for?
Did Not Finish – In relations to books, it means, for whatever reasons, you did not finish the reading the book.
I am actually in that predicament right now, and I have been before, but not for such a popular book. Like, I am really struggling! I bought the book instead of borrowing it from the Library, like I normally would and I am just struggling.

Had the Silmarillion for years. Tried probably 5 times to read it. Sadly it’s always DNF

I remember DNF from my x country days. Meant the same back then.
I say cut your losses and move on to another book

Exactly! I still haven’t read anymore of the book I’m reading,lol…But it’s such a popular book right now, I don’t want to “name names”lol
