I wanted to started this one with saying that I believe that people individually have their own secrets to happiness and I would love to hear what it is. If you feel comfortable to share ❤

I think though a lot of us can agree that the secret to happiness comes from within, rather than something outer. (Although, if we won the lottery, that would help too).
