Tomorrow is actually Worlds Aids Day, but I wanted to write about it now.
I feel it’s a little poignant that the “Bohemian Rhapsody” movie has come out recently, or it’s just me. In fact I’ve been noticing that there has been a lot of QUEEN related things around at the moment. Although, possibly the most famous person to get HIV/AIDS (of which there are numerous) I don’t think Freddie would like to be remembered that way though. I don’t think he’d want his name to always be in connection with “AIDS Day”.

He was more than Aids…He was FREDDIE MERCURY!
I have yet to see the movie! My husband saw it when I was visiting our daughter in Illinois.

I wrote about World Aids Day today but i did not mention Freddie Mercury. I thought too, too much of him, to identify him that way.

Very well put! If I had any suggestions, it would be, “He was Freddie freaking Mercury.” LOL
