What could be more magical that swimming with Dolphins! Well…That’s what I did this weekend and it was definitely magical!
This is something I think everyone should do! The experience is completely surreal, putting your head into the ocean and watching the Dolphins swim just beneath you is something I will never forget. It was like watching a movie and you realise what their world is…and it is their world! Something I have come to really realise!
It was really like being in a Disney film and I actually had a thought while looking at the Dolphins swimming underneath and thinking someone really did there research into the “Little Mermaid” because that is kind of what it felt like. It did make me wonder if they actually based a lot of Ariel on Dolphins. Watching them swim underneath in the ocean and then come up to be with us, almost felt it was the perfect “Part of their World” song.

They are amazing . . . My husband works with dolphins and sea lions :o) The first living creature my oldest son ever made long, sustained eye contact with, was a dolphin. He is autistic, he laid on the dock watching them swim, one came close, inched his face right up to my son and they stayed there, looking into each other’s eyes, never moving for twenty minutes. There aren’t enough words to describe it . . .
